"We appointed ABC to do a kitchen and utility room renovation for us in June 2010. This involved ripping out the existing kitchen and fitting new units, breaking down walls and ceiling and building storage for a new utility room next to the kitchen. The purpose was not only to update our kitchen, but to create light and more efficient spaces with ample storage for a large family.

We were very impressed from the outset by the emphasis ABC put on good communication before and during the building process. Dan and Gareth visited us numerous times to discuss the work in the weeks leading up to the project, and went through different stages of the work with us. This allowed us to discuss in detail the vision we had for the kitchen and the utility room.

To our amazement, building work was completed in two weeks and to the highgest standard. This was only achievable because, unlike many contractors, ABC worked exclusively on our project, starting early every day, working full days and extending their hours when required. An excellent relationship with sub-contractors also meant that all other work was carried out on time and to our specifications. We had regular catch-ups at the end of each day to discuss any questions and make timely decisions about various design issues. Any additional costs were clearly communicated to us so that there were no nasty surprises at the end of the project.

This was our first building project and we'll have to admit that we had been very apprehensive about the whole process. Through good communication and excellent customer care ABC made this an exciting and pleasurable process, and as a result we were able to create a kitchen and utility room that was exactly to our requirements and which has truly transformed our home. We can highly recommend ABC for their high standards of work and prefessionalism."
